Let’s be honest, we have all been a little less active since the quarantine started. Being trapped in our houses and limited to only some aspects of everyday life has led to a more sedentary lifestyle. So, wouldn’t it be great to stretch those legs and have a relaxing break from all of the worries in the world right now? Well, the Wrentham Recreation Department thinks so and that is why they are offering a beginner yoga class.
The class will be taught by Jenn Herlin and take place on Friday, July 24th from 8 AM – 8:45 AM at the Rice Recreational Complex. The address for the fields is 54 Emerald St., Wrentham. Adults and children ages ten and up are welcome, however children should be accompanied by an adult.
Herlin will team the basics of yoga. Attendees will learn beginner poses in a vinyasa flow class. The best part? The class is free! All you have to do is bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Also, face coverings must be work when social distancing is not possible.
The class is coming up soon, so make sure you register! Click here to sign up.
