Want to learn something new? Our mission is to empower residents to tell the stories that matter most to them. From teaching video production basics to running workshops on advanced topics, NCTV, its staff & our state-of-the-art production equipment are here to assist you in creating media that matters.

NCTV serves as a preeminent resource for learning and creating digital content in the Norfolk region. Our focus is on teaching and facilitating training on a variety of topics and skills to prepare community members to create their own public access shows. All of our services are FREE of charge including membership, use of equipment (both in studio and portable equipment), workshops, as well as individualized training.

We host a variety of workshops at NCTV that cover many topics, not just video-related! Workshops vary in frequency and timing, but we are happy to accommodate your needs. Movie Discussion - Ferris Bueller's Day Off

Open House & Forum

New to NCTV or want to stop by and see what's new? Join us for a monthly open house and forum. We'll discuss what we're working on, and show you around the studio/office if you haven't visited before. There will be light refreshments and welcoming staff (and sometimes the resident office dog as well)!
